LISA HARDING is an Independent Travel Consultant and an onboard Assistant Producer for Sea Conferences.  With her start at Ice Gallery as one of their group specialists, she has branched out to assist Travel Agents nationwide to produce their events on the cruise lines.  She works through Sea Conferences to guarantee that all of our bookings are done to perfection.  Her knowledge of the many different cruise lines, what they offer aboard the ships and where they sail is only one way that Lisa brings her brilliance to our team.  Based in Indiana she travels all over the world to assist  Sea Conferences to produce our onboard events.

BERT GRIMM is a Videographer,  Editor, website designer, and SEO expert.  He has worked for the past 15 years creating video content for websites, authors and speakers nationwide. As an expert in SEO, Social Networking and website content he brings his specialty to our team providing our clients with cutting edge promotional capabilities.  As a past Peace Corps Volunteer, Caribbean art collector and clothing designer, he brings his passion for people, travel, and visual beauty to everything he touches, whether it be a website he designs or a video he produces.  Sea Conferences is happy to have him as a part of our Creative Team.

ONBOARD STAFF, ASSISTANTS AND HOSTS- Sea Conferences has an elite team of experienced event assistants that may be added to any event.  The larger the event, the more staff we bring.  Our staff acts as Assistant Producers, Hosts, and Hostesses, Greeters, Runners and more.  Often we will assign an experienced staff member to solely be responsible as the liaison between the company CEO’s/VIP’s and our staff, thus ensuring their every need is met.

“It is my pleasure to recommend Shauna Hoffman as a Speaker and

staff to ensure a quality experience for the guests, Shauna has
demonstrated consistent successful programs. Shauna is creative and
we are always excited to see what new and visionary ideas she brings
to the table.  Whether aboard our ships or in our offices, Shauna has
built valuable relationships that will benefit all of her future
Corporate Clients.”

In the world of Group Travel a smart agency is constantly reinventing itself to be at the top of the game. Whodunit Productions started as a mystery theme cruise company in 1991 that began in Los Angeles and then ended up creating mystery cruises all over the world. Our groups averaged 400 guests and we sailed on average of every 5 to 6 weeks.  As the industry changed Whodunit changed with it. Always on the search for new and exciting groups that no one else was doing we moved into Steampunk Cruises when Steampunk was the biggest new genre.  We were unbelievably honored when we hit the front page of the Sunday NY Times Travel Section.

Out of the Steampunk Cruises was born our Website, SeaConferences.com.  We started to promote large group conferences to the writer’s market, podcast market, speaker’s bureaus and corporations.   Since 2014 we have produced the Writing Excuses Annual Conference at Sea for NY Times Best seller Brandon Sanderson and The SciFi Writers of America Award Winner, Mary Robinette Kowal.  We have done European cruises, and Caribbean Cruises for them averaging 150-250 guests on every sailing. An offshoot of that conference is the Canadian Surrey International Writers Conference of which we created cruises for in 2018 and 2020.

We were beyond honored to create groups for Private Schools that wanted teenagers to learn what life was like in another country. The school groups and our “luxury art and culture tour groups to Cuba” were promoted from another one of our websites, CruisingToCuba.com.  Our passion for Cuba and the Cuban people will bring us back one day.
