We pride ourselves in being experts in the corporate or large group cruise experience. The most intricate step in planning an event at sea is ensuring that the cruise line, the ship, the venues, the itinerary and the price meet the expectations of the group or company and the needs of that particular event. With so many cruise lines to choose from we start with choosing a line that matches the image that our client wants to present. Is your company an upscale company that needs a more elite cruise line? Or are you looking for a ship with lots of entertainment and huge options for your guests? Do you want to bring families with or keep it exclusive to your employees or clients? There are mid-sized, mid-priced, high priced, small sized ships, every combination that you can imagine. So it is imperative that when we plan and help your company choose the ship, we look at your every need.
Price, size, and value is our first step. Choosing the right ship often comes down to negotiating the best contract for our client. Having negotiated contracts with the cruise lines for over 20 years we understand that every dollar that can be saved for our client to use the way you choose is imperative. Whether your budget is $50,000 or $5,000,000 negotiating with the cruise line to make sure your money gets you the most and the best from the cruise line is our forte. From cabins to cocktail parties, advertising dollars, tech fees to exclusive excursions for your guests everything can be negotiated and should be. And not just when the contracts are signed! These negotiations take place from the minute you choose a ship to the time you disembark to go home. As your producers, we represent you. We look out for you. But best of all we use all of our experience to get you the biggest bang for your buck.
The next imperative piece to the success of a conference at sea is the itinerary. That means the ship’s sailing itinerary and your guests itinerary. Do you need a 7-day cruise or an 11-day cruise? Do you need 3 sea days or 5? Do you want the Caribbean, Alaska or Europe? Do you need onboard conference times in the mornings or evening?
When our staff first meets with you we thoroughly investigate your needs and expectations. We put price, image, conference goals, budget, and dreams together. We go out and do our due diligence with the cruise lines to find the perfect fit. We then present to you at least two options we feel are the perfect fit. We may be the cruise experts, but you are the corporate experts. And then, when you, our clients are happy, we lock in your Sea Conference contract with the cruise line. Then we go sailing!!!
